What’s included:

• Monthly prenatal visits where we will spend 1-3 hours each visit getting comfortable with one another, learning from each other, and exploring/ planning your birth desires. One meeting per month starting at time of hire.

  (Note: the earlier you hire me in your pregnancy, the more you get out of my offerings)

• Weekly movement sessions either in person or virtual where we will spend 30-60 minutes together, one on one, incorporating connection and movement while doing whatever activity you prefer!

• Postpartum Preparation- By the time your birth comes about, we will have created a well thought out and deeply felt out plan that is put into place during pregnancy to take care of you in your postpartum time. It’s often over-looked or forgotten about, but I know just how crucial it is to have the prep in place!

• On Call agreement- At 38 weeks, I agree to being on-call, which means I am available to you for support, day or night, up until you birth your baby.

• Labor & Birth Support- When I get the call to come, I will be there to support as needed through the duration of labor, the birth, and a few hours into the immediate postpartum time.

• Postpartum Meetings- Two meetings scheduled for your convenience where we will spend 1-3 hours debriefing and/ or addressing anything else that comes up or anything that I may be of service to you and your family.

• Access to forums, road-maps, and decision making activities created from my mentors and teachers, aka the amazing Women & creators of Indie Birth.

• Goodie Bag created and gathered with love, incorporating locally made products that support you throughout the entire birthing year.

• BONUS Community New Moon Zoom- A gathering of local Women who also value building connections and community with others during The Mothering phase of life. Come meet, connect, and feel into the intentions that you want to bring with you into this new moon space. Specific dates & times will be included.
